Return Policy:

Attention: Being a one-woman micro business working with a razor thin profit margin, Porch Opossum Art Experiments cannot afford to have the gratuitous return policies that online retailers like Amazon offer. Thank you for your understanding.

 

 

All sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges on sold items delivered as described.

 

If an item arrives broken*, you may request a partial to full refund (depending on the extent of the damage) or exchange it for full store credit. If this situation occurs, please take pictures of the damaged item and email them to porchopossumart@gmail.com within 14 days of its arrival. Porch Opossum Art will pay any additional shipping charges in such a situation.

 

*Damages occurring from improper garment care are not eligible for a damaged item refund. All clothes come with a tag including care instructions on the back, please follow those instructions for best results.

 

*Some items listed in my store are discounted to account for known damages or imperfections. These documented imperfections are not eligible grounds for a damaged item refund. Please read the full descriptions and look at all the pictures when shopping to make sure there are no surprises when you get your order. Thank you!

 Shipping:

Porch Opossum Art’s shipping practices are designed to lessen its’ environmental impact:

 

-All envelopes, boxes, and packing materials used in shipping are second use.

-All packing tape is cellulose-based or paper-based and use natural rubber-based adhesives

 

All orders under 16 oz. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless you request Priority Mail.

All orders over 1 lb. are shipped via USPS Priority 2 or 3 day mail.

 

Turn around time for an order to be handed over to the post office is normally 1-3 days from the time it is placed.
