Return Policy:
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery of an item, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges exchanging an item may incur.
If an item arrives broken, you may request a partial to full refund (depending on the extent of the damage) or exchange it for full store credit. If this situation occurs, please take pictures of the damaged item and email them to porchopossumart@gmail.com within 14 days of its arrival. Porch Opossum Art will pay any additional shipping charges in such a situation.
*Damages occurring from improper garment care are not eligible for a damaged item refund. All clothes come with a tag including care instructions on the back, please follow those instructions for best results.
Shipping:
Porch Opossum Art’s shipping practices are designed to lessen its’ environmental impact:
-All envelopes, boxes, and packing materials used in shipping are second use.
-All packing tape is cellulose-based or paper-based and use natural rubber-based adhesives
All orders under 16 oz. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless you request Priority Mail.
All orders over 1 lb. are shipped via USPS Priority 2 or 3 day mail.
Turn around time for an order to be handed over to the post office is normally 1-3 days from the time it is placed.
